You don't have to have a date to enjoy Valentines Day! This is a one time Valentines class for individuals. The instructor will give a demonstration at the beginning of the class to teach students the basics of throwing clay on a pottery wheel. No experience required! Students will use the rest of class time to throw their mugs and attach handles. Each participant will be given 2 lbs of clay to create with. If students want to make more than one item, extra clay can be purchased for $1.00 per pound. At the end of class, students will choose a glaze color for their mug. All pottery will be left at the studio to dry and we will handle firing and glazing your ceramics. You will be notified when your ceramics are complete and ready for pick up. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for drying, firing and glazing to be completed. Drinks and refreshments will be served! All materials, supplies, and firing/glazing services are included!
