Preteen Pottery Session

Service Description

This is a great creative session for young artists to hand build a decorative ceramic item. This one time class is perfect for all skill levels and a great place to unleash creativity with clay. The instructor will give a short demo on how to hand build a bowl, dish, or jar with clay. Participants will take the rest of the class time to make and decorate their own bowl. Participants will leave their creations at the studio to dry and we will then fire and glaze each piece with participants choice of glaze. Ceramics will be available for pick up in 2-3 weeks. No experience required! This session is for ages 9-12. Please arrive promptly on time for class but do not arrive more than 10 minutes early. All supplies and glazing/firing services included!
