Service Description

Students will get to experience working on a pottery wheel during this six week workshop. Students will learn the basics of throwing pottery on a wheel. We will practice techniques like centering clay, pulling clay walls, and learning to use a variety of tools. We will make pots, mugs, bowls and more. There is a lot of room for creativity in this class! Students will make a new item each week for the first five weeks of the workshop. On the Sixth week, students will glaze their pottery to add color. All pottery pieces will then be fired in the kiln and will be ready for pick up after the workshop ends. Due to the number of pottery wheels we own in the studio the number of students we can take are very limited. However, if this class generates enough interest we will add more classes to the schedule. All supplies and kiln services are included! Studio Location: 68 Millpond Stansbury Park, UT 84074

Cancellation Policy

Class fees are non-refundable. Students may change their reservation to a different class if requested at least one week before the start of the class. Students must pay the difference if switching to a class with a higher price. Partial refunds will not be given for switching to classes with lower prices.
