Open Studio Time
If you are an independent potter but don't have the tools or space to work, take advantage of our studio! Our studio is small but it has everything you need to work on your ceramics. We have five pottery wheels, a pottery sink, an electric kiln, and a variety of tools all for your use. You may bring your own clay, or you can purchase clay from us for $1.00 per pound. You can leave your work in the studio to dry and can return to glaze them later. You may provide your own glazes or you can take advantage of the glazes we have in the studio. Glaze prices vary. We can even fire your work for you in our kiln! Open Studio participants must be at least 16 years old and have taken our beginner ceramics course or have prior pottery experience. Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non refundable. If conflict arises and you are unable to attend your registered studio time, you may reach out to us 24 hours before your scheduled time to request a transfer to a different time. Open Studio time is subject to cancelation. Should Open Studio time be canceled due to conflict on our end, you will be refunded the full price of your registration fee or transferred to a different time depending on your preference. Open Studio Time is for potters who have already taken our beginner pottery course or have prior pottery experience. Participants need to be able to work independently. No lessons will be given during Open Studio Time.
