Intermediate Wheel Throwing (Adult)

This is a six week, intermediate pottery course. Students should have already taken our Beginner Wheel Throwing Course prior to taking the intermediate course, or have previous pottery experience elsewhere and be confident in handling the basics of throwing clay. This course will take a deeper dive into refining pottery skills and improving your knowledge in throwing, embellishing, and reproducing ceramic pieces. You will learn to build new structures such as lidded containers, functional dish ware, creating spouts, and throwing with larger bodies of clay. All supplies, materials, and firing services are covered in this course. Must be at least 16 to participate in this course.

Cancellation Policy
Class fees are non-refundable unless the course is canceled due to low registration. We require that at least three students register for the course in order for it to take place. If the course does not have at least three students registered, the course may be subject to cancellation. Should a course be cancelled due to low registration, you will receive a full refund for your registration fee. No reimbursements will be given for missed classes.
